Appointments
Please arrive to your appointment no more than 5 minutes early. Please be advised that we do not have a receptionist therefore the door to the clinic is locked between clients. We will unlock the door once we have completed room change over and sanitization.
We welcome you to choose whether you would like to wear a mask to your appointment or not. You may also request that your therapist wear a mask.
Please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you start to exhibit cold or flu symptoms.

Get to know your massage therapists
Andrea Hird, RMT
Graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2016. She originally got into massage therapy as she wanted to be able to provide and educate the public with a more holistic approach to rehabilitating and healing the body. Andrea grew up in the west Kootenay's and has had the opportunity to explore her beautiful home both on and off the beaten path. She enjoys being outdoors, whether it is on the water boating, fishing, swimming or hiking one of B.C.’s plentiful provincial parks.
It was after moving to the Okanagan to attend college for 2 years that Andrea fell in love with the surrounding area and made the decision to pursue her bright future and career as a massage therapist in the Thompson-Nichola
Brandy Reimer, RMT
Graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2021 and has made the move from Vancouver Island back to her hometown of Kamloops.
She creates a personal treatment plan for each of her patients using many different techniques and depths of pressure. This variety is what allows each of her patients to work towards a pain free, happy, and healthy lifestyle.
When Brandy isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys many different activities. She competitively races dirt bikes and on her off time enjoys camping, mountain biking, hockey, soccer, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
